Who We Are
Lock Stock & Barrel Hygiene LLP, founded in 2019, is built on a legacy that dates back to 1997.
We are a leading provider of innovative washroom and facility hygiene solutions, backed by over 30 years of industry expertise. Our approach goes beyond conventional cleaning — we deliver integrated hygiene systems that improve functionality, eliminate persistent issues, and elevate overall user experience across commercial spaces.
Our Founder.
Mr. Rajesh Rohira, an accomplished entrepreneur with over 41 years of industry experience, has played a pivotal role in shaping the washroom hygiene landscape in India. In 1997, he founded Corporate Millennium Hygiene Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (CMHSPL), which grew into a nationwide organization with over 150 professionals across 11 branches. The company specialized in sales, marketing, and distribution for leading international brands such as Kimberly-Clark Professional, India.
In 2005, he introduced Vectair Systems, UK as their inaugural channel partner in India — further strengthening the company’s global footprint and product innovation capabilities.

Innovation in Hygiene Solutions
Recognizing the need for deeper, more sustainable hygiene solutions, Mr. Rohira and his team pioneered an innovative Drain cleaning service that addressed the root causes of hygiene issues, including malodours and recurring blockages caused by scale buildup in drainage systems.
In 2015, CMHSPL entered a strategic merger with the washroom division of OCS, Cannon Hygiene, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey. After a successful 20-year tenure, Mr. Rohira took a sabbatical in 2017.
In 2019, he returned with a renewed vision and introduced a restructured Wholistic Drain Cleaning Service, built on a four-stage approach designed to transform hygiene standards and significantly enhance the ambience of institutional and corporate washrooms.
